When the Customer visits a page in the Site with a “Share” or “Like” button, their browser makes a direct connection to the servers of the social network concerned.
If it is connected to the social network while browsing, the app buttons can connect the pages viewed to its account.
If it interacts with plug-ins, for example by clicking the “Like” button or leaving a comment, the relevant information will be transmitted to the relevant social network and published on its account.
If the Customer does not want social networks to link the information collected through the Site to his account, he must disconnect from the social network concerned before visiting the Site.
Marilyn Feltz is in no way responsible in any way for the content or operation of any of the social networks, including those that may be connected to the Site.
22. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Marilyn Feltz is the sole owner of the intellectual property rights:
Of the articles on offer on the Site,
On the brands associated with the Articles,
On the Site, and especially on its tree, on the organization and titling of its sections, on the visual and graphic identity, on its design, on its ergonomics, its features, on software, texts, animated or still images, sounds, know-how , drawings, graphics and other elements that make up the Site,
On the databases, their structure and their contents, designed and managed by Marilyn Feltz for the purposes of publishing the Site,
On all the design elements of the Site, be they graphic or technical,
On names, acronyms, logos, colors, graphics, or other signs that could be used, made or implemented by Marilyn Feltz.
It is therefore forbidden to reproduce in any form, directly or indirectly, the elements covered in the previous paragraph, as well as to alter the marks, patents, names, acronyms, logos, colours, graphics or other signs the elements made available within the Site, and more generally to use or exploit these elements other than in the context of the execution of these.
As such, the reproduction or use of all or part of these elements is only permitted for the sole purpose of information for personal and private use, any reproduction and use of copies made for other purposes being expressly prohibited.
Any other use, unless marilyn Feltz has prior and written permission, is infringed and sanctioned under intellectual property.
Any creation of hyperlinks to the Site’s homepage, or any other page of the Site, is subject to prior approval and written by Marilyn Feltz.
23. MODIFICATION OF The CGV
In view of possible changes in the Site and regulations, Marilyn Feltz reserves the right to modify the GVCs at any time.
The new GVCs will, if necessary, be made aware of the Customer by online modification and will be applicable only to sales made after the change.
24. APPLICABLE LAW
These GVVs are subject to French law.
Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts of the client’s place of residence, in the absence of an amicable agreement between the Client and Marilyn Feltz.
These GVCs do not affect the legal rights of the Customer as a consumer. For more information about their rights, they should contact their local authority or a consumer advisory body.
